As a Southampton University graduate (1996) and GMC-registered GP with credentials from the British College of Aesthetic Medicine. I co-founded the internationally acclaimed River Aesthetics in 2012, becoming a global Key Opinion Leader in 2016 for Sinclair Pharma.

Following River Aesthetics' successful acquisition in 2023, I'm expanding my horizons.

I'm passionate about longevity and functional medicine. Ageing starts at birth, so I focus on early intervention through functional testing and preventative strategies. With expertise in inflammaging and epigenetic medicine—where biological age is the biggest risk factor for chronic disease—I treat ageing as a disease we can modify, not something inevitable. I use test-based nutrition ("test, not guess") to integrate evidence-based science into patient care. I also mentor aesthetic medicine practitioners on start-ups, growth, and acquisition strategies, and I'm the author of Busting the Code to Ageing: How to Win the Inflammation Game, where I share the science behind inflammation and ageing, empowering both medical professionals and patients to understand how to optimise health at every level.

My holistic approach emphasises diet, lifestyle, and targeted supplementation while avoiding highly processed foods.
