HA Fillers with MaiLi

Hyaluronic acid fillers are the tool of choice for precision contouring, immediate volume restoration, and detailed structural refinement. When the foundation of the skin is healthy, fillers are the elegant finishing touch, restoring harmony to the face without altering its natural character. Dr Vix Manning is a national trainer for MaiLi, the premium hyaluronic acid filler she has trusted and taught with for over six years.

How it works

MaiLi is an exceptionally advanced hyaluronic acid filler. It is designed to be soft, flexible, and highly cohesive, meaning it moves naturally with your facial expressions rather than sitting rigidly beneath the skin. It provides immediate volume and structural support exactly where it is placed, whether that is defining a jawline, restoring lost volume in the cheeks, or softening deep folds.

Who it is for

Dr Vix Manning uses MaiLi to treat the full face and hands, including lips, cheeks and midface, jawline and chin, tear troughs, nose reshaping, nasolabial folds and marionette lines, temples, and hands.

What to expect

As a national trainer for MaiLi, Dr Vix Manning's technique is highly advanced. She uses a cannula for the majority of her filler work, which is safer, causes significantly less bruising, and is far more comfortable for the patient. She reserves needles strictly for fine, precision work.

Dr Vix Manning's approach

Her philosophy is always natural enhancement, ensuring you look rested and refined, never overfilled or artificial.

Frequently asked questions

Why do you use MaiLi?

Dr Vix Manning has used and trained other doctors in MaiLi for over six years. It is an exceptionally high quality product that moves naturally with the face, requiring less volume to achieve a beautiful, long lasting result.

Is the treatment painful?

Most patients find it very comfortable. Dr Vix Manning uses a cannula for most areas, which is much gentler than a needle, and the MaiLi product itself contains local anaesthetic to numb the area as it is placed.

How long do the results last?

Depending on the area treated and the specific MaiLi product used, results typically last between 9 and 18 months.

Can the filler be dissolved?

Yes. Because MaiLi is made from hyaluronic acid, it can be safely and completely dissolved using a specific enzyme if required.

Who should not have HA fillers?

They are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if there is active infection in the treatment area.
