The R Collection · Aesthetic Medicine
Thirty years in medicine, distilled into one practice.
A Tatler Top Doctor, Amazon bestselling author and global speaker, but, more importantly, a physician who still treats the person in front of her as the entire brief. This is who I am, what I read, and how I decide.

THE STORY
Trained as a doctor first, an aesthetic practitioner second.
I began in general medicine, where you learn quickly that the presenting complaint is rarely the whole story. That habit, of asking one more question, of reading the labs alongside the face, is what I carry into every consultation now.
Aesthetic medicine, at its best, is a slow craft. It is about anatomy, restraint and the discipline to leave things alone. At its worst, it is a menu. I have spent thirty years building a practice that refuses the menu.
The work that matters most to me sits underneath the treatments people come in asking for: inflammation, glucose variability, sleep, hormones. Get those right and the face has something to work with. Get them wrong and no injectable will hold the line.

What I Believe
Four convictions I don't compromise on.
01
The face is an ecosystem
Skin, muscle, fat and bone move together. Treat one in isolation and you distort the whole.
02
Under-treat by design
Restraint is a clinical skill. It is easier to add than to unwind. We revisit, we do not overload.
03
Foundations first
Inflammation, glucose, hormones and sleep decide what your face can look like. Fix the inside; the surface follows.
04
Honest counsel
Some patients are told no. Some are told to wait. Both are answers a physician-led practice is allowed to give.
